1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cloud Elephants' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Cloud Elephants provides fractional CTO services, AI automation solutions, local SEO, social media management, and reputation management services to small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Cloud Elephants and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cloud Elephants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your use of the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately for violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloud Elephants operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
